Repair was half the price of buying a functional used board. Brooks turned the unit around quickly and shipped back to me all within a week (door to door). Treadmill works now. Only small negative was that there is no communication on what the issue was or if it was fixed (just my part in a box). So, I reinstalled it not really knowing if it was going to work. Like I said, not a huge deal and they state in thier ad that they don't provide a report detailing the repairs made.

Our treadmill was dead. Took a gamble that it was the lower unit, so,I pulled it out and shipped it off to these guys, One week later it was shipped back, I reinstalled, and the treadmill worked perfectly. Can’t say enough good things about the service they offered, turnaround of the repair, and the price charged.
